Include First and Last Name of Donor and indicate if the donation is in the name of a specific resident.

E-transfer Donation Instructions
STEP 1:
In your online banking, set up a new recipient for electronic funds transfer
to: donate@greenwoodseldercare.org
Then send the donation by e-transfer to that address and it will auto-deposit
to the Greenwoods bank account (no password will be required).
STEP 2:
Send an email to donate@greenwoodseldercare.org with this information:
- Donation Amount
- Indicate if the donation is in memory of a specific person
- Your first and last name
- Your postal address
- Your email address
- (Optional – your telephone number)
We will send a tax receipt by MAIL
